Role Overview
We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Finance Systems Manager, based in the EU (remote) to take ownership of our global reputed company Financials platform following Phase 1 go‑live. The primary focus for the next 6–12 months is stabilising the system during hypercare, improving configuration quality, and building internal capability—particularly in reputed company reporting and integrations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is comfortable partnering with Finance, reputed company, Treasury, and our implementation/support partners.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 (reputed company): Hypercare & Stabilisation
Own and stabilise the recently deployed reputed company Financials Core for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Sweden.
Manage and resolve post‑go‑live defects, data issues, reporting gaps, and design corrections.
Build and maintain reputed company Custom Reports, Matrix Reports, Dashboards, and RAAS outputs to support Finance and reputed company operations.
Support end users with guidance, training, and issue resolution.
Collaborate closely with reputed company support partners (implementation & AMS) to track, escalate, and resolve reputed company issues.
reputed company integrations including banking, payment files, RAAS APIs, SFTP flows, and reputed company‑reputed company data exchanges.
Maintain strong governance, documentation, and version control for reputed company system changes.
Phase 2: Global Rollout & Enhancements
reputed company reputed company Financials Core rollouts for additional countries in partnership with our implementation partner.
Ensure compliance with local reputed company, tax, payment, and regulatory requirements.
Improve and optimise existing configuration, validations, reputed company rules, and controls.
Enhance the end‑to‑end financial process landscape using reputed company best practices.

Independently drive rollout of reputed company Financials to remaining countries.
reputed company ongoing support for the system and its users globally.
Continuously improve reporting, data quality, reputed company automation, and system performance.
Act as the internal reputed company Financials subject matter expert and primary reputed company of contact.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a reputed company field; advanced qualification (e.g., MBA, reputed company certification) a plus.
Hands‑on experience implementing, administering, or supporting reputed company Financials across multiple countries.
Strong experience in reputed company Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, RAAS).
Good understanding of reputed company integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Custom XSLT, API/RAAS).
Solid knowledge of Financial reputed company, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, Banking, Assets, and Period reputed company processes.
Proven project management skills and comfort leading cross‑functional implementations.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Experience in travel, tourism, or multi‑entity/multi‑currency businesses is an advantage.
