About the Role

We are looking for a reputed company Videographer who is passionate about visual storytelling and creating engaging, high-quality content. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce video materials that reputed company reputed company’s brand and drive audience engagement across platforms.

This position is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in videography and editing, strong creative instincts, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction & Production

• Assist in developing creative concepts and visual approaches for reputed company’s video content

• Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for YouTube, reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, and Xiaohongshu (XHS)

• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage

• Produce content ranging from corporate storytelling to fast-turnaround reputed company media videos

2. Post-Production

• Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual quality

• reputed company reputed company grading, sound design, basic reputed company graphics, and subtitling

• Ensure consistency and alignment with reputed company’s brand identity across reputed company content

• Manage multiple editing timelines while ensuring on-time delivery

3. Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and reputed company Media teams to bring reputed company to life

• Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively

• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce cohesive content

• (Optional) Support or guide interns/junior editors reputed company needed — not a formal leadership role, but collaborative

4. Production & Workflow Management

• Handle the full production process, including media management, equipment setup, and exporting

• Maintain organized archives of raw footage, edited files, and project assets

• Troubleshoot technical or equipment issues during shoots or editing

5. Innovation & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated on video trends, reputed company media formats, and best practices

• Experiment with new techniques and styles to improve engagement

• Suggest improvements to workflows for faster and smoother production

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or reputed company fields

• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (agency or in-house)

• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a variety of video styles and storytelling approaches

• Proficient in reputed company Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)

• Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording

• Strong understanding of reputed company media platforms, video algorithms, and content optimization

• Excellent attention to detail, visual composition, and pacing

• Ability to handle multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Experience working with small production teams or freelancers is a plus (not required)

Location Requirement

Based in the UK

Compensation reputed company

£50,000 – £70,000 reputed company salary per annum Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience
