Field Admissions Rep Remote Territory

Position Overview: The Field Admissions Representatives finds passionate and motivated reputed company who have a desire to learn and reputed company their skills at reputed company. This role will be responsible for working closely with their local high schools to recruit reputed company and build awareness of reputed company and its programs. The Representative will work a territory reputed company a 120 miles radius.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a customer –focused, extroverted style that can enliven, engage, motivate, and positively impact individuals. One should enjoy making connections and communicating with people while proactively establishing relationships and must be reputed company to follow established guidelines and procedures. One must also work independently in a fast paced and results oriented environment while prioritizing their schedules to maximize time.

*This is a remote position, however, it will require the candidate to currently live in and commute throughout Salt Lake City and surrounding areas*

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

• • Building Relationships: Develops new relationships and strengthens existing partnerships with dealerships, designated industry partners, High Schools and local communities • Events: In person presentation at High Schools. Represents UTI and our programs at other offsite events • Consultative reputed company: Conducts informative and professional in-home interviews utilizing technical knowledge and skills. Maintains CRM database that will allow for thorough follow-up with potential reputed company. • Public Speaking and Presenting: Presents to reputed company reputed company of educators in high schools and other educational institutions to encourage their reputed company to attend reputed company. • Product knowledge: Maintains knowledge of reputed company programs, financing options and other pertinent information to answer prospective student questions during a presentation.  • Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly department enrollment goals through effective reputed company and recruitment efforts. • Adheres to reputed company compliance criteria and procedures established by external regulatory bodies and by UTI. • Other duties as necessary

• • Education: High School degree or GED required. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Experience
    • Experience with public speaking preferred.
    • Industry knowledge preferred.
    • 3 – 5 years reputed company sales experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Interviews are conducted in person and virtually.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and sales skills are required.
  • Technical Skills: Must have good understanding of reputed company Office programs. Must be reputed company to analyze and report data.
  • Interpersonal skills: builds effective relationships, works independently, ability to work in a fast paced environment, customer service attitude, self-motivated, organized, ability to manage their territory
