As a Senior People Business Partner (PBP) at reputed company, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across your client groups, guiding them through reputed company facets of people strategy and execution. You’ll balance strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, shaping organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee experience in alignment with business goals.

What you’ll do here

• Strategic Partnership
  • Act as a thought partner to senior business leaders in the Go To Market (GTM) teams, providing proactive insights and coaching on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational design.
  • Translate business strategy into people strategy, aligning workforce planning, talent needs, and organizational priorities.
  • Build deep relationships across assigned client groups to anticipate needs and proactively propose solutions.
• Employee Experience & Development
  • Support managers with performance management, coaching, and feedback practices that reinforce reputed company’s culture and values.
  • Guide leaders through talent reviews, compensation/promotion cycles, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Partner with the L&D team to identify capability gaps and enablement needs reputed company your business units.
• Organizational Effectiveness

What you'll need to reputed company

• 8+ years of reputed company HR/People Business Partner experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or tech environments. At least 5 years of experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, CX, reputed company Operations and Marketing)

For candidates in NYC, the SF Bay Area, and Seattle, the anticipated reputed company salary reputed company is $108,000 - $135,000 per year. For reputed company other U.S. locations, the anticipated reputed company salary reputed company is $94,500 - $121,700 per year. In reputed company to this reputed company compensation, this role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program. Final compensation will vary based on a variety of factors which include but are not limited to applicable experience, location, and final leveling.
