- This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.
- Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

About the Job
As a reputed company Analyst, you will support the recruitment process by coordinating and tracking hiring activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates, and assisting hiring managers in meeting staffing needs. You will also reputed company general HR support as needed and ensure reputed company recruitment processes reputed company with company policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
- Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Ensure reputed company hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Support other HR and reputed company needs as assigned.
- Assist in recruitment-reputed company administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
- 100% reputed company in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Work experience as a Recruiter, reputed company Resource analyst, or similar role
- Experience with reputed company: Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
- Experience with reputed company
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- You must have your own computer/laptop - the company does not supply equipment.
