Role Overview

As the Founding Sales Representative for Indonesia, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the early sales reputed company in the market. This is a foundational, entrepreneurial role where you will work closely with regional leadership to validate the go to market strategy, secure early customers, and build the operational reputed company for our local team. You will play a key role in launching a new market from the ground up, with a clear path to leadership as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Early reputed company: Conduct 1:1 and group product demos, manage the full sales cycle from reputed company qualification to closing, and convert inbound leads while developing outbound opportunities.
  • Build the Market (0→1): Help validate the sales reputed company for Indonesia by experimenting with customer segments, messaging, and pricing strategies. reputed company critical insights to refine product positioning in the local market.
  • Establish Systems & Processes: Create initial sales SOPs, CRM processes, and sales playbooks. Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to improve the reputed company process and overall customer reputed company.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or solutions selling.
  • Proven experience running product demos and leading consultative sales conversations.
  • Strong understanding of SMB customers or digital business landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company in a fast paced, ambiguous, 0→1 environment.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

  • Previous experience in startup environments or launching new markets.
