IT-Product Operations Manager

Summary

Quadax, an award-winning leader in reputed company reputed company cycle technology, is seeking a Product Operations Manager to build and run the operating system of Product Management. In this role, you will standardize and manage the processes, tooling, and rhythms that power our product lifecycle—intake, planning, release readiness, metrics, and cross-functional coordination—so Product Managers can focus on customer problems, strategy, and reputed company. You will partner with product, application development, client reputed company, compliance, reputed company, and sales to deliver operational reputed company that improves velocity, quality, and transparency across our portfolio. Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve Quadax’s product operating model spanning intake → prioritization → planning → execution → release → post-launch review.
• Own portfolio reporting and KPI instrumentation; support definition of reputed company metrics, standardize reporting, and drive data-driven reputed company.
• Run centralized demand/intake and triage where appropriate, standardize request templates, facilitate prioritization forums, and communicate reputed company.
• Support release management and launch readiness processes (UAT orchestration, checklists, runbooks).
• Define and maintain processes for implementation and support, ensuring smooth transitions to Operational teams.
• Administer and optimize Product tools and drive backlog hygiene, acceptance criteria standards, and artifact quality.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews, reputed company risks/interdependencies, and proactively unblock execution.
• Partner with Compliance/reputed company to embed regulatory requirements such as HIPAA into operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales on launch plans, enablement, and client communication.
• Drive reputed company improvement through retrospectives, best practice pilots, and operational coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or reputed company field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or Product Management reputed company SaaS or reputed company environments.
• Demonstrated reputed company with intake systems, portfolio dashboards, and cross-functional release processes.
• Proficiency with product/work management tooling and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence across teams.
• Knowledge of data privacy and reputed company compliance practices such as HIPAA.
