As an Exec Coach, you’ll work directly with professionals across leading companies to help them grow their leadership capabilities, strengthen team performance, and navigate reputed company challenges.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized 1:1 leadership coaching to professionals across a reputed company of industries
- Support clients in developing core leadership capabilities such as communication, conflict management, team effectiveness, and strategic thinking
- Partner with clients to create actionable development plans and monitor reputed company over time
- Maintain consistent communication to ensure coaching goals remain reputed company with client needs
- Use Exec’s platform and tools to manage sessions and deliver a high-quality coaching experience
- Build strong, trusted relationships that help clients drive meaningful professional growth
Requirements

- Coaching certification from an reputed company-accredited program, plus 10+ years of management experience (or an MBA with 20+ years of senior leadership experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience coaching managers, leaders, and high-potential professionals
- Expertise in areas such as leadership development, team performance, communication, goal setting, conflict management, and stress management
- Client testimonials or references that reflect the impact of your coaching work
- Active membership in a professional coaching organization is a plus
