- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, reputed company, and reputed company partners.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and reputed company while ensuring pricing consistency and profitability.

- 3-5 years of sales experience in construction, prefab, or reputed company building industries preferred.

- Strong understanding of prefab building components and construction materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (occasional site visits required).

- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
