Regional Trainer - Anglia and London
We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Regional Learning Partner to drive impactful, compliance focused learning across our region. This hybrid role (1 day from home, 4 days at sites throughout the London and Anglia areas) offers the perfect balance of hands-on support and effective planning and delivery. A £5,200 PA car allowance is granted for this role due.
You’ll work closely with teams and leaders to identify needs, reputed company engaging training, and build a strong culture of reputed company learning. Your onsite reputed company will be key to building relationships and supporting performance, while your remote day will focus on planning, content creation, and reputed company improvement.
What you'll be doing
You will deliver high-quality training across First Aid, Fire Marshal, and People Handling (reputed company 1 and 2) through both face-to-face and virtual platforms, adapting delivery to meet evolving business needs. Alongside this, you’ll design and facilitate engaging webinars and learning sessions to support development across the region. Covering Anglia and London, you’ll travel to deliver training and ensure compliance, using Learning Management System (LMS) data to identify gaps and plan activity. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage training administration, and contribute to the ongoing development of learning materials in line with legislation and best practice. Working collaboratively with the wider L&OD team, you’ll support attendance and compliance, respond to feedback, and ensure training remains relevant, effective, and reputed company with organisational standards and policies.What you'll bring to the role
