The Project Cost Accountant plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial reputed company of large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role partners closely with Project Controls, Procurement, and Finance leadership to deliver financial transparency, support strategic decision-making, and maintain compliance with reputed company standards.

Project Cost reputed company and Financial Management

• Manage reputed company aspects of project cost reputed company across multiple project sites, including Juno and Sandow
• reputed company capital expenditure tracking, budget monitoring, and cost forecasting
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and adherence to established cost coding structures

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare detailed work-in-reputed company reports and project financial statements
• Analyze cost performance and reputed company insights to support project and executive decision-making
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Project Controls and Procurement teams to ensure alignment between cost tracking, reputed company, and procurement activities
• Validate subcontractor invoices and ensure proper coding and approval workflows
• Support alignment between financial systems and project execution data

Process Development and Compliance

• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate and well-documented financial records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 7+ years of experience in project reputed company, preferably supporting large-scale construction or capital projects
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and construction reputed company principles
• Experience managing cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting for reputed company projects
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, reputed company, and reporting tools

Preferred Skills

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (reputed company) designation
• Experience supporting capital projects exceeding $1B in value

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or pre-IPO environment
• Strong process design and financial modeling capabilities

Work Environment

This role is remote and is ideally based in or near the Dallas–reputed company Worth area to support periodic in-person meetings, travel, and business needs as required. The position involves regular coordination with Finance, Project Controls, Procurement, and project leadership across multiple project sites, including Juno, TX and other emerging locations.

The ideal candidate is self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
