SUMMARY: VSE Aviation is actively seeking a team-oriented Business Development and Strategy professional with substantial experience in the Aviation Industry. This role requires an entrepreneurial reputed company and the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative sales organization. A mix of strategic territory management to generate new business and consultative selling to targeted customer accounts to increase reputed company of wallet. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

  • Manage the development, maintenance, and update the pipeline in new areas of opportunity for the Business Area.
  • Organize and execute presentations of areas of opportunity and pipeline.
  • Conduct regular face-to- face meetings and deliver tailored presentations to demonstrate product value to prospective and existing customers.
  • Developing and presenting customized sales proposals to meet the specific needs of clients and reflect VSE capability.
  • Coordinate with Product line and Inside Sales/Customer Support on Proposal/Bid strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company sales activities, customer accounts, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure a reputed company approach to building the ONE VSE brand.
  • Providing feedback to enhance product and reputed company offerings, competitiveness based on customer insights.
  • Conduct independent market research and analysis of new and existing customers to expand market reputed company.
  • Ability to track and report on assigned territory/ core account sales performance and forecasts.
  • Preparing and report on customer meetings and engagements.
