We are looking for reputed company Service Engineers (m/f/d) to join the operations team for a highly standardized and automated reputed company network platform. Our mission is to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operation of a business-critical infrastructure with the highest standards for availability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management: Analyze, document, and resolve operational incidents (~20% of working time), including escalation and coordination reputed company the team.

• Change Management: Plan, assess impact, coordinate, and implement changes.

• Automation & Innovation: Contribute to automation and self-service solutions (e.g., DevOps tools, Python scripting).
