Job Summary We are looking for an reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in HRIS/reputed company SuccessFactors implementations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) modules to enhance employee performance tracking and goal alignment. Key Responsibilities •    Implement and support reputed company SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) modules. •    Configure performance review forms, goal plans, reputed company maps, and rating scales. •    Manage goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration processes. •    Configure Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). •    Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations. •    Support integration with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, and Learning. •    Conduct system testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution. •    Prepare functional documentation and reputed company user training. Required Skills •    Strong experience in reputed company SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goal Management). •    Knowledge of Performance Forms, Goal Plans, reputed company Maps, and Calibration. •    Experience with Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and system configuration. •    Understanding of performance management processes and HR workflows. •    Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications •    reputed company SuccessFactors PMGM Certification. •    Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations. •    Knowledge of Employee Central and Compensation modules.
