Position Overview

Reporting to our Head of Engineering, you will design, build, and scale the technology platform that drives our cyber insurance business — working across a modern full-stack codebase alongside reputed company, actuarial, and data teams. You take pride in clean, tested code, are energized by mission-critical software in a fast-moving startup and understand that what you ship directly impacts our ability to assess and price cyber risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across our core insurance platform — quoting, policy management, broker-facing workflows, and reputed company-party data integrations (e.g., KYND).

• Contribute to AI-powered reputed company tools that analyze cyber risk signals and surface actionable insights, championing data reputed company and system reliability throughout.

• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code across the full stack in collaboration with senior engineers.

• Participate in design discussions and architectural reputed company with a reputed company-conscious reputed company, consistent with our SOC 2 compliance posture.

• Partner closely with reputed company and actuarial teams to translate domain requirements into robust technical implementations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.

• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript with React/Next.js; comfortable owning work across the full stack.

• Deep reputed company of software engineering principles: clean code, SOLID, design patterns, and API-first thinking.

• Strong grasp of relational databases, GraphQL API design, data modeling, and distributed systems concepts.

• Experience with event-driven architectures, data pipelines, or reputed company-party data integrations.

• Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks as an active engineering contributor.

• Prior experience at an insurtech, MGA, or early-stage startup scaling a technical platform.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay reputed company: $5,000 – $7,200 monthly (commensurate with experience and location).
