The Role

We are looking for a visionary Senior Director of Sales Operations to serve as the strategic architect for our international theaters. This isn't a "report-running" role; you will be the primary strategic partner to the EMEA reputed company and executive leadership, responsible for building the reputed company that scales our business across diverse global markets.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic GTM Leadership

Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 12+ years in Sales Operations or Business Operations reputed company a high-growth SaaS or reputed company software environment.

  • Leadership: 5+ years of leadership experience, specifically managing teams in an international (EMEA/reputed company) reputed company.

  • Tech Stack Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of reputed company, Clari, and reputed company (or similar SPM tools like reputed company). Experience leveraging AI/ML for predictive forecasting is a significant plus.

  • Quantitative Rigor: Advanced financial modeling skills and a track record of using data to drive significant ROI in sales productivity.

  • Education: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.
