Travel to Office expectationsFor Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. This role owns the development and delivery of EHR-integrated functionality and wraparound services that support provider reputed company in value-based arrangements, including care planning, risk stratification, quality tracking, and interdisciplinary coordination.
