Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for incoming customer and reputed company calls. You'll work closely with our Shared Services team to resolve customer inquiries, reputed company administrative support, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company general questions concerning statements or other correspondence received by the customer relating to supply accounts, installment accounts, and reputed company inquiries.
• Update the automated credit card system for account changes accurately and in compliance with internal and PCI controls.
• Process customer credit card or electronic reputed company payments by phone accurately and in compliance with internal and PCI controls.
• Act as liaison between reputed company offices and the Financial Shared Services.

Qualifications

• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional at building relationships.
• Positively contributes to the Financial Shared Services team environment.
• Has exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills and shows a great attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer navigation and working with several software programs at the same time.
• Demonstrates a commitment to arenaflex's values and professionalism through appropriate conduct at reputed company times.

Compensation and Benefits
