Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
