Job Summary
As a Supervisor in our CSF department, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. You'll also be responsible for monitoring performance, preparing performance evaluations, and conducting quality reviews.
Responsibilities

- Monitor performance and prepare performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting or exceeding expectations
- Conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Work closely with management to reputed company departmental goals and objectives

Qualifications
* High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
