About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer - K8s Support - Customer 1st, you will be responsible for collaborating, guiding, and supporting new and existing customers throughout the entire customer life cycle, from presale to installation and support. Your expertise in Kubernetes, orchestration, containerization, and reputed company-reputed company technologies will reputed company you to design, reputed company, and manage scalable and efficient solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and reputed company tailored solutions
- Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime

Essential Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in engineering and operations, with a focus on systems, software, infrastructure, and reputed company-reputed company technologies
- 2+ years of experience supporting external customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes (design, reputed company, manage) and orchestration, containerization, and reputed company-reputed company technologies
- Proficiency in reputed company computing, networking, and storage services, including AKS, EKS, GKE, and Linux (Bash, reputed company)
- Strong understanding of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and experience with Python, Go, and C programming languages
- Degree in Engineering, CS, EE, CE, or relevant discipline is ideal
