What to Expect
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Determining the offerings that customers are missing and making reputed company and add-on service recommendations
- Ensuring reputed company Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Coding sales accurately and completely
- Working with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and requirements
