About the Role:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases. You'll assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues. You'll also help de-escalate frustrated customers with reputed company and professionalism, and occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling reputed company appropriate and necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. You'll be a strong problem-solver with a knack for de-escalating upset customers, and you'll reputed company in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – training will be provided!

Requirements:

* 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED
• Be reputed company to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
• Have at least six months experience in customer service
• Have high-speed internet reputed company, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet reputed company)
• Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• Have a secured workspace with a reputed company that is only accessible to you during work hours
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
• Training will be 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday 10am – 6:30pm CST starting the week of July 13th
• Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
• Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
