Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company in Louisiana, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reputed company representative of arenaflex, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns to senior team members reputed company necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service and issue resolution

- Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
