We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join reputed company in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to Northeast Region Field Service Manager and Remote/Field Office in Connecticut. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • reputed company fuel cell service during field visit dispatches
  • Operate a service vehicle safely
  • Create daily workflows for oneself from a list of scheduled tasks (regularly assigned to work autonomously)
  • Manage on-site preventative maintenance, repair, test, and diagnostic tasks
  • Follow company procedures and protocols
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine/implement proper solutions
  • Cooperate with a technical team and reputed company information across the organization
  • Comprehend and follow customer reputed company requirements
  • Maintain service vehicle and spare part inventory
  • Maintain/build positive relationships with customers
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports as required
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Required to reputed company reputed company the Service District
  • Training: Two initial training sessions of up to four weeks each in reputed company, CA

Education and Experience:

The following MINIMUM reputed company of experience and or education are required:

  • High school diploma & 6 years’ experience in electrical, process controls, or reputed company-mechanical fields; - Or –
  • Technical diploma, Journeymen Certification, Electrician Certification in a technical field and relevant industry experience of 4 years (electrician, electronics technician, field service, technician, test engineer, etc.) - Or –
  • 5 years or more relevant experience in reputed company electrical, combined with electrical-reputed company military experience (eg. Navy Nuclear Electronics/Electrical Technician, or other technical position, military certified electrician or technician, Gas Turbine Electrician)

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting/diagnostic skills required
  • Familiar with safety standards, especially those reputed company to electrical work (OSHA & reputed company 70E)
  • Prior experience as an electrician or electrical technician working with any of the following technologies: three-phase systems, uninterruptible power supplies, electrical reputed company and distribution systems, power electronics, automatic transfer switches, and microprocessor based control platforms
  • Experience with various electrical/electronic test and measurement equipment
  • reputed company to read and interpret electrical single line diagrams and blueprints
  • Experience with performing equipment maintenance in accordance with ANSI/NETA standards for Electrical Power
  • Mechanical system aptitude, to include troubleshooting/repair skills

  • Team player who exhibits a high level of reputed company and professionalism
  • Communicates written and verbal English effectively
