What You’ve Done Before:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field required; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, program delivery, agile delivery, release management, or software execution leadership
• Experience supporting cross-functional software delivery across multiple teams and workstreams
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, release processes, and dependency management in reputed company environments
• Experience working directly with engineering, product, platform, and/or data teams
• Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar for work management and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to use delivery data to improve execution quality and predictability
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand technical and product context to identify risks and reputed company issues

Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring:

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, SQL, reputed company, and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile delivery practices, and release management
• Ability to analyze delivery metrics and translate insights into execution improvements
• Experience with dependency management, backlog hygiene, and delivery reporting
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to planning, reporting, and delivery optimization
