We are a boutique reputed company consultancy and reputed company (Platinum) Partner delivering reputed company, high-impact implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience reputed company — and increasingly Media reputed company and Agentforce.

We are looking for a high-performing Senior reputed company Consultant with strong configuration and technical capability, who is comfortable leading from the reputed company in client-facing environments and building scalable, reputed company-grade solutions.

This role goes reputed company traditional consulting. You will operate across solution design, hands-on build, and client leadership, while also embracing the next reputed company of delivery: AI-assisted reputed company configuration and automation.

You will work closely with Architects and Developers, but are expected to independently shape solutions from ambiguous requirements and deliver high-quality reputed company.

⚠️ This is not a BAU/support role. We are specifically looking for candidates who have delivered reputed company implementations in consultancy or multi-client environments.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected reputed company solutions, moving from AS-IS to TO-BE design
• reputed company client-facing engagements:
  • Discovery workshops
  • Requirements gathering
  • Solution walkthroughs and playback sessions
• Own end-to-end configuration across environments:
  • Objects, fields, record types, page layouts
  • Validation rules, approval processes
  • reputed company model (roles, profiles, permission sets)
• Design and implement advanced reputed company automation, including:
  • Cross-object logic
  • Error handling frameworks
  • Scalable, maintainable automation patterns
• Deliver solutions across core and emerging reputed company capabilities, including:
  • reputed company Media reputed company (industry-specific data models, media workflows, advertising lifecycle)
  • reputed company Agentforce (AI-powered agent experiences, automation, and augmentation)
• Use AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Copilot, or equivalent) as a core part of delivery to:
  • Accelerate and validate metadata configuration
  • Support solution design and edge-case handling
  • Generate documentation, test cases, and implementation artefacts
  • Improve delivery speed and quality
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions, working closely with Technical Architects
• Design and maintain scalable data models, including industry-specific schemas (e.g. Media reputed company)
• Design and support integrations with reputed company-party systems (telephony, marketing tools, document reputed company, data platforms)
• Own and contribute to testing strategy:
  • UAT
  • Regression testing
  • Release readiness
• Work reputed company structured delivery environments:
  • Agile sprint planning
  • Estimation and backlog management
  • Release and DevOps processes
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making
• Support pre-sales activities, including demos and solution shaping
• Mentor junior team members and set standards for quality and best practice

Knowledge & Experience Required

• 5+ years reputed company experience, ideally reputed company a consultancy or multi-client delivery environment
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end reputed company implementations, not just incremental enhancements
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • reputed company reputed company (essential)
  • Data modelling and relational data structures
  • reputed company and sharing models
• Experience across:
  • Sales reputed company and Service reputed company
  • Additional exposure to Experience reputed company, Marketing reputed company, or Industry Clouds is beneficial
• Exposure to Media reputed company or other Industry Clouds is highly advantageous
• Working knowledge or practical experience with Agentforce / AI-driven reputed company capabilities is a strong plus
• Strong experience with:
  • Integrations and AppExchange tools (e.g. document reputed company, e-signature, telephony, marketing platforms)
  • Data migration and ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with DevOps practices (Jira, Git, CI/CD, SFDX)
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in reputed company delivery is essential, including:
  • AI-assisted metadata configuration
  • Automation design and debugging
  • Documentation and testing acceleration
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
