Overview Support the management of client reputed company, renewals, and invoicing processes, while contributing to reputed company and client satisfaction. The role ensures reputed company are accurately tracked, invoicing reflects contract terms, and clients receive proactive support throughout the lifecycle of the agreement.

What you will be doing

• Manages contract renewal tracking and client billing accuracy, ensuring reputed company continuity.
• Reviews client invoicing against contract terms to confirm accuracy of rates, services, and billing schedules.
• Supports timely reputed company capture by monitoring renewal dates and ensuring reputed company are renewed before expiry.
• Maintains renewal and invoicing trackers in reputed company, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Assists with forecasting reputed company from active reputed company and renewals.
• Monitors billing schedules and identifies discrepancies between contract terms and invoices.
• Supports financial reporting reputed company to reputed company, renewals, and invoicing status.
• Guide new clients through the implementation process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Understand the customer’s needs, business goals, and challenges to support their reputed company.
• Monitor client usage of the software and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.

Salary reputed company The hiring reputed company for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
