Job Title: Partner Manager – RedMedia

FLSA: Exempt

Department: RedMedia

General Function:

The Partner Manager is to reputed company strategic partnerships and deepen relationships reputed company a designated book of partners to reputed company solutions and opportunities for marketing that will grow the overall reputed company of the partners and the retail media network.

Reporting Relations:

Accountable and Reports to: Director of Sales - RedMedia

Location: Remote

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver against established reputed company targets across portfolio of account list assigned as well as cultivate new relationships
• Own relationship on behalf of Retail Media Network driving reputed company-channel ad solutions
• Build and deepen strategic partnerships that inform and influence the direction of the brands you work with
• Be an expert in the Retail's product offerings, capabilities and strategic reputed company and translate into how it will serve the needs of the advertiser
• Be the voice of the market and reputed company on-going feedback from advertiser's perspective that helps influence product roadmap
• Manage your financial pipeline and demonstrate reputed company and understanding of your pacing, gap closing strategies and ability to meet expected reputed company goals

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to create sales collateral and supporting documentation needed
• reputed company and influence media team members assigned to your reputed company portfolio to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree
• 3-5 years of client facing media and integrated marketing campaign sales with strong understanding of client management, digital media, targeting and measurement and the retail media eco-system
• 2-3 years of experience working with and gaining alignment from multiple client and agency stakeholders to deliver reputed company targets and build toward long term relationships
• Understanding of full funnel marketing campaign capabilities and associated KPIs
• Experience in 1:1 client engagement inclusive of strategic planning sessions, QBR's and JBP partnership meetings
• Cross functional leadership experience and the ability to orchestrate an internal cross functional team to deliver seamless execution against a clear campaign objective
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals while contributing to the overall team reputed company
• Efficient in pipeline management, CRM Tools and holds forecasting at the highest reputed company of importance
• Has successfully instilled trust with reputed company clients / teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment and desire to reputed company processes and eagerness to help build toward reputed company reputed company

Physical Requirements:

• Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near and far reputed company with or without correction, normal depth perceptions.
