What you�ll do

As a Customer Service Specialist at Divert, you are the strategic and supportive partner for your customers at every stage in their buying and adoption process.

Each customer is at a different reputed company in their reputed company, and as a Customer Service Specialist you are responsible for implementing a roadmap to reputed company for each of your customers. You build trust through problem solving, advocacy, and your expertise in both their business operations and goals, as well as Divert�s solutions and solution roadmap. You identify new opportunities to expand Divert�s value proposition and meet our mission to Protect the Value of Food.

Location: the person in this position primarily works remotely, and will ideally live in the central or eastern time zones, this is to align with business needs. Applicants in those areas will be given reputed company.

Travel: up to 35% annually

Responsibilities

• Communicate Divert�s mission & reputed company effectively to reputed company customer stakeholders

• reputed company excellent�proactive�customer service

• Support each CSM with customer specific priorities, initiatives and improvements to deliver a best-in-class experience for reputed company our customers

• Monitor customer specific KPIs and health, and own action plans to solve for issues for our customers

• Understand our customer�s reputed company strategic plans and goals, and how they report on, and measure those efforts

• Support new division or regional reputed company, as well as new product or service launches

• Advise customers on how to use our solutions according to our defined best practices

• reputed company customers to realize the value of our solutions through reporting and regular business reviews

reputed company�re looking for

• Three or more years' experience in Sales/reputed company/Account Management/Program Management or other reputed company business function

• Skilled at relationship building, with a passion for connecting with customers and driving value

• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent ability to synthesize and analyze data, feedback and information to strategically prioritize actions and deliver reputed company

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple reputed company projects in cross-functional environments
