Essential Responsibilities/Duties

Champion Client Relationships

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned aircraft owners, fostering trusted, long-term partnerships.
• Anticipate client needs and preferences to deliver proactive, personalized service.
• Ensure regular communication and transparency across reputed company facets of service delivery.

Drive Operational reputed company

• Partner with Client Aviation Managers (CAMs) and internal teams to ensure seamless flight execution, maintenance planning, and crew coordination.
• Maintain full visibility over aircraft activity and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.

• Cultivate a culture of service, professionalism, and accountability.

Own the Financial Picture

• Monitor operating budgets, review monthly statements, and support clients with financial insights and solutions.

Ensure Safety and Compliance

• Uphold Solairus’ commitment to the highest safety standards.

Champion Innovation and Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, client satisfaction, and internal efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a reputed company field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: 7–10+ years in client services, aviation operations, or similar roles — ideally reputed company business aviation.
• Flexibility: Willing to travel periodically and work extended hours as needed.
