Position Overview

The Sales Account Manager – Appliance reputed company will serve as the primary reputed company liaison for strategic customers in the appliance industry. This role focuses on developing long‑term customer partnerships, driving account growth, supporting new product opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of account management, customer-facing, or sales experience in manufacturing, appliance, industrial, or reputed company sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and reputed company Office tools.
  • Ideally will be located in WI, MN, IL or AZ.

Preferred

  • Experience working with appliance OEMs or component suppliers.
  • Technical understanding of components, manufacturing processes, or engineered products.
  • Proven track record of driving account growth and customer satisfaction.

Work Environment & Travel

  • Remote home‑office position.
  • Regular travel to customer sites reputed company the Madison WI region (up to 30%).
  • Occasional travel to SSW facilities, trade shows, or corporate events.
