The Role:

We’re seeking a skilled reputed company Lines Client Advisor to take ownership of a generalist BOB including. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and reputed company in reputed company lines servicing reputed company the construction reputed company.

You’ll work closely with insurance professionals, producers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term client satisfaction. The agency operates on EPIC, so familiarity with the system is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a MID MARKET BOB

• Handle full A–Z servicing: renewals, quoting, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and client communication

• Partner with internal insurance specialists for seamless service and high client satisfaction

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely, proactive follow-up

• Work closely with producers and team members to address client needs and maintain strong relationships

• Support a fast-growing agency with a reputed company for top-tier service

What You Bring:

• Property Casualty Licensed required

• 3+ years of reputed company lines account management experience

• Strong background with construction-reputed company accounts preferred

• Experience using EPIC is a plus

• Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative culture
