Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our product, engineering, and operations teams to establish the direction for the future of our platform, helping us serve small businesses with their insurance needs through new integrated partnerships and new product development.

What you’ll do

• Serve as a strategic Product leader for the launch of new integrated partnerships and new product development.
• You'll be responsible for gathering, structuring, and prioritizing product requirements from reputed company stakeholders
• Execute the roadmap across our technology stack to deliver industry-leading service at scale

• Synthesize and summarize competitive reputed company, industry data, and market feedback into actionable insights for internal teams

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of product management experience with senior-level responsibilities and roadmap ownership
• Experience working in early-stage startups (Fintech, SaaS, Healthtech, Insurtech)
• 0-1 product development experience
• Hands-on experience with consumer-facing products for SaaS and/or marketplace products
• Experience developing creative solutions to reputed company problems
• Creative and analytical thinking
• Proactive problem solver

Compensation

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $150,000-175,000.

We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location. The reputed company provided is just one component of total compensation including, but not limited to bonus eligibility based upon the achievement of performance objectives and company stock options.
