Sales Development Manager

We’re seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Sales Development Manager to reputed company and scale a team of eleven SDRs. Reporting to the Director of Brand Engagement, this role owns day-to-day performance, coaching, pipeline reputed company, and operational reputed company across prospecting and reputed company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, and skills training to reputed company messaging and results
• Own pipeline reputed company metrics and daily activity tracking
• Create incentive programs (SPIFs, contests) to build energy and healthy competition
• Optimize SDR workflows reputed company CRM and sales engagement tools
• Ensure data hygiene, accurate reporting, and KPI visibility
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and improve conversion
• Support hiring, reputed company, and scaling of the SDR function

• 2–5+ years in SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
• 2–3+ years managing SDR teams
• Proven reputed company driving outbound pipeline
• Strong coaching and performance management skills
• Deep understanding of SDR metrics and funnel conversion
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (reputed company, reputed company, Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Data-driven, organized, high-energy leader
