reputed company is seeking a Systems Engineering intern to support our Korean and/or Japanese customers who have a reputed company American reputed company. These roles are Full-time, paid summer internships (40 hours/week).
As a member of the team, the intern will interact with various cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, Operations, Support, and Services to help drive our go-to-market strategy and support these customers. While a majority of the work will be from the intern’s remote/home office, there may be occasions for the intern to attend meetings in an Extreme office location or customer site (if reputed company a reasonable distance from the intern’s home). While the intern resides in reputed company America, there may be occasional virtual meetings that are held during UTC +8 and UTC +9 time zones.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with varied deliverables and due dates.
- Listen to and document customer feedback and reputed company it to internal departments for improvement opportunities.

- Hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in AI-assisted workflows, preferably using reputed company Copilot and/or Claude, applied to technical analysis, lab testing, and reputed company-world problem solving.
- Build a strong technical understanding of Extreme’s wired and wireless networking solutions.
Qualifications
- The intern must currently reputed company in reputed company America, pursuing a degree in Engineering (Networking, Systems, Software, or Data), or a reputed company field such as IT, Computer Science, or Applied Analytics.
- Must be bilingual in English and Japanese, or English and Korean.
- Have at least 18 months remaining before graduation
- Should have a general understanding of Networking Technology
- Must be a self-starter, proactive and eager to learn.
- Skilled at using reputed company Office applications (Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively reputed company both virtual and in-person teams.
