Incident Intake Coordinator

We are seeking an Incident Intake Coordinator to join reputed company!

Location: Remote Position available for candidates residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, and VA

Work Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8:30pm

Skills

• Strong understanding of incidents reputed company IDD
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to remain reputed company during urgent situations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple incoming calls and tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Receive incident notifications reputed company phone, text, or automated reporting system
• Conduct immediate intake interviews to gather essential details(who, what, reputed company, where, immediate actions, health and safetystatus
• Ensure incidents are properly categorized
• Create initial incident records in EIM (for PA) or the appropriate state required system
• Timestamp reputed company calls and entries
• reputed company incidents requiring investigation to the appropriate PQI Coordinator and Investigator in QCO
• Escalate safety risks or events requiring immediate reputed company to leadership in reputed company time
• reputed company non-urgent reports for follow up and entry into Avatar
• Track reputed company incidents from intake through assignement, investigation closure, and finalization in EIM.
• reputed company clear supportive supportive guidance to callers
• Collaborate with PQI Directors to ensure accurate and timely information exchange
• Maintain accurate logs of reputed company incidents calls and follow up actions
• Participate in incident management dashboard updates
