We are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to support a large-scale Defense Health Agency (DHA) reputed company and DevSecOps infrastructure program. This role operates reputed company a Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe) environment and is critical to enabling Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog refinement, and end-to-end requirements traceability across a modern reputed company-reputed company platform leveraging AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes, and containerized DevSecOps pipelines.The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between Government stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and platform teams to translate mission needs into actionable, testable requirements that drive delivery of resilient, secure, and scalable health IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities: Agile & SAFe Execution

• Support and actively participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events
• Decompose Epics into Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and traceability
• Maintain and refine program and team backlogs in alignment with SAFe best practices
• Partner with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to ensure alignment across value streams

Requirements & Analysis

• Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, workflows, and reputed company requirements

• Collaborate with engineering teams supporting AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes (e.g., EKS/RKE2/OpenShift), and containerized workloads
• Support definition of requirements for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated reputed company controls
• Assist in aligning requirements with reputed company Trust, RMF, and DoD reputed company compliance frameworks
• Document system integrations, data flows, and platform dependencies across environments

Data & Process Governance

• Ensure adherence to data governance standards, including required fields, metadata, and reputed company documentation
• Support configuration management and change control processes
• Identify and mitigate risks reputed company to dependencies, reputed company constraints, and data gaps

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders reputed company DHA and partner organizations
• Coordinate across multiple teams including platform engineering, cybersecurity, reputed company operations, and application teams
• Communicate reputed company and concisely at both technical and executive reputed company

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Agile/DevSecOps programs
• Demonstrated experience in SAFe or reputed company Agile environments
• Experience supporting reputed company-based programs (AWS preferred; GovCloud highly desired)
• Familiarity with container platforms and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management artifacts
• Strong understanding of DoD environments, RMF, and secure system delivery
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), Military Health System (MHS), or reputed company IT programs
• Familiarity with DevSecOps platforms (e.g., Platform One, Rancher, OpenShift, reputed company CI/CD)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of reputed company Trust architecture and reputed company ATO (cATO) practices
• Exposure to data analytics platforms (e.g., reputed company, ADVANA) is a plus
