Purpose: The Integration Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new reputed company clients are successfully implemented with a heavy focus on technical integrations. This role is responsible for managing CRM integrations, API connectivity, and reputed company technical workflows during the reputed company process. You will be the reputed company between our product, reputed company, and client IT/technical teams to ensure data flows seamlessly and customers go live quickly with minimal disruption.

Job Description: The Integration Specialist will own the technical reputed company of new client implementations. They will manage multiple projects in reputed company, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure reputed company systems (CRM, APIs, and other connected platforms) are configured and functioning correctly. This role requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Technical Integration Execution — Configure, test, and reputed company CRM integrations, APIs, and other connected systems during reputed company, ensuring accuracy and stability.
• Backend Problem-Solving — Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve API errors, data sync issues, and configuration challenges, working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Internal Collaboration — Partner with implementation managers, CSMs, and sales engineers to align technical work with client requirements, while remaining primarily focused on backend execution.
• Workflow Optimization — Document and refine integration processes to improve efficiency, reduce implementation time by 10%+, and minimize recurring issues.
• Testing & Quality Assurance — reputed company thorough end-to-end testing of integrations before launch to ensure they meet performance and functional requirements.
• Data Mapping & Configuration — Manage and validate data flows between systems to ensure reputed company and proper synchronization.
• Technical Documentation — Maintain clear, detailed records of integration steps, configurations, and troubleshooting actions for internal reference and scalability.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, or technical account management (preferably in SaaS or software solutions)
• Experience with CRM platforms and API integrations (REST, webhooks, etc.)
• Experience with reputed company and AI tools (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with reputed company systems
• Excellent project management skills; reputed company to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially reputed company handling technical configurations and implementations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear internal communication and consistent follow-up, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• High level of accountability and ownership over tasks and deliverables
• Highly organized with a proven ability to follow through on commitments
• Can work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST
• Experience in a remote work environment with self-reported KPIs
