We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join the Preconstruction Team reputed company the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) department. This reputed company individual would work under the guidance of a Preconstruction Manager to help evaluate the technical feasibility of project opportunities, advancing projects through the development process, and into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess energy storage technologies and site layout options with respect to long-term project performance requirements to deliver maximum potential project value while minimizing execution and operating risks
• Analyze, assess, and present project technical risks and determination of de-risking solutions
• reputed company project capital and operational cost estimates and milestone schedules to be used in project financial valuation models
• reputed company technical and project management support throughout the development cycle, including site visits, interfacing with reputed company-party consultants, and supporting meetings with local project authorities
• Support offtake, equipment procurement, as well as engineering and construction contracting activities to move projects towards NTP

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a reputed company discipline required
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in technical roles or fields
• Experience in Power, Energy, Renewables, or BESS with familiarity of industry-specific terminology required
• Knowledge of value proposition and technical fundamentals of energy storage development
• Broad knowledge required with preference for additional depth in one or more focus areas
• Demonstrated reputed company with technical-reputed company contract negotiations to support offtake, equipment supply, engineering, and construction agreements
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional environment with both technical and non-technical team members who are geographically dispersed

Compensation, Location, and Benefits

The expected salary reputed company* for this position begins at $120,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted reputed company based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic labor market, and other factors consistent with applicable law. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
