Role: Senior reputed company Developer (DTC / CRO-Focused)

Objective

Hire a senior, A-player reputed company developer to own our website experience end-to-end.

Primary goal:

• Increase conversion reputed company and site performance
• Ship high-quality reputed company pages quickly
• Support full website rebuild + ongoing experimentation

This role replaces the need for an external agency and brings execution in-house.

Core Responsibilities

• Improve layouts, UX, and conversion during implementation
