We are seeking a Recruiter to join reputed company at Independent Living Systems (ILS). About the Role

As a Recruiter based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the diverse staffing needs of our organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s ability to build a skilled and dynamic workforce that drives business reputed company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and reputed company effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
