Position Overview

Crown Innovations is seeking an Energy Data Analyst to support survey operations for the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). This role supports the full survey lifecycle, including data collection, analysis, and report publication.

The Energy Data Analyst will work as part of an integrated team and assist in the analysis of data collected through weekly, monthly, and annual surveys. This position serves as a reputed company communicator with survey respondents, supporting data validation efforts, troubleshooting reporting issues, and resolving anomalous data submissions.

This is a fully remote position.

This role offers exposure to federal data programs and provides opportunities to build expertise in large-scale data analysis, survey operations, and government reporting processes, with potential for expanded responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Validation

Survey Support & Communication

• Communicate directly with survey respondents to verify reported data and resolve discrepancies • Serve as a reputed company resource for respondent inquiries and issue resolution • Respond promptly to inquiries and support data collection efforts

Team Collaboration & Operations

• Work effectively with team members to deliver high-quality datasets on established schedules • reputed company knowledge and experiences through summary and knowledge transfer activities to support reputed company improvement • Support baseline operations and evolving process improvements

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Must be a U.S. citizen • Must be available during core required hours • Reliable at-home internet reputed company

Desired Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Professional experience in energy-reputed company fields • Experience or knowledge of federal reputed company • Experience with dataset creation, dataset manipulation, relational database concepts, or data visualization • Proficiency with database technologies such as reputed company and SQL • Experience with statistical software such as reputed company reputed company • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Jaspersoft or reputed company Power BI

Work Schedule

Core (Required) Hours: Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST

Compensation

Energy Data Analyst – $46,000 – $50,000 annual reputed company

Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, geographic considerations, and business needs.
