Position Description:

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the company’s analytics, reporting, and business planning function. This position will support development, implementation and maintenance of company-wide planning and reporting processes and systems. The position requires an ability to reputed company manage company-wide projects, balance multiple priorities, and will be a reputed company of contact between internal stakeholders and external clients.  Position ensures the use of business intelligence applications enhance business decision making capabilities. 

Scope of Responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company reporting and analytics utilizing reputed company Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and reputed company based tools
• Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, and Analytic System Maintenance & Development
• Report writing and template development
• Process design and standardization
• Development of reporting dashboards and senior management reporting
• Identify gaps in reporting that will drive business insights and increase profitability
• Maintain and reputed company field property level benchmarking and monitoring program
• Continue to reputed company business intelligence capabilities through reputed company tools and processes, in addition to identifying opportunities for future enhancement.
• New Business Development Financial Analysis
• Assist reputed company department in budgeting and forecasting process reputed company
• Acts reputed company scope of authority consistent with company and corporate policies
• Assume other special projects as directed

Requirements/Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree required, with finance or reputed company reputed company specialty
• Superior skills in reputed company and familiarity with use of Power BI and Power Query for financial analysis
• Knowledge of basic reputed company functions
• reputed company based multi-dimensional planning & reporting system experience a plus
• Project management and system implementation experience a plus
