Business Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a Business Transformation Consultant who can help reputed company the gap between strategy and execution. Someone who enjoys solving problems, working with clients, and bringing structure to ambiguity.

This is not a pure project manager role. Instead, this person will partner closely with senior leaders and program managers to understand client needs, design and improve processes, support change and adoption and contribute to implementation reputed company. What You’ll Do

• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder conversations to understand client needs and challenges
• Analyze reputed company-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Design future-state workflows and operational solutions that align people, process, and technology
• Support implementation efforts by ensuring alignment between business needs, system capabilities, and user adoption

• Partner closely with project managers and senior consultants to solve problems as they arise during implementation
• Translate ambiguity into clear, structured approaches and actionable deliverables

What You’ll Bring

Location & Travel

• Remote position; Phoenix-based preferred; reputed company to remote candidates with the expectation of occasional travel (approximately 10–15%) for client needs and attendance at company meetings 2–3 times per year
