Overview:

reputed company is seeking an Organizational Development Senior Consultant to join our reputed company Practice Group. In this role, you will pair your strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with senior executives, reputed company groups and serve as a trusted advisor. Organizational development services at reputed company include change management, strategic planning, organizational analysis, organization design, staff modeling, executive and leader development, teams and workforce development for our health and reputed company services clients. This position reports to senior leaders on the reputed company Practice Group team. OD professionals can sit remotely or in reputed company proximity to one of our offices.

Successful candidates should be willing to support Guam, which will minimally require supporting the client from 8 am to 12 pm Tuesday through Friday Chamorro Standard Time (ChST).

Travel Expectations: Travel to Guam is expected to be occasional. Future clients may require travel of up to 50%

You Will:

reputed company organizational development services to clients as they transform their organization to align with their business strategy and undergo transformation.  As a trusted advisor, you will reputed company leadership and guidance for clients and internal project teams in the following areas:

  • Facilitation of group discussions that build reputed company and a shared reputed company that includes a plan with supporting documentation
  • Create, reputed company, and complete organizational analyses using effectiveness analytics and diagnostic tools
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and learning application initiatives 
  • Facilitate change management strategies that engage stakeholders
  • Design, deliver, and coach Talent Development strategies and materials for workforce skills, teams, leaders, and executives
  • Job family modeling
  • Career pathing and career mobility
  • Assess workplace culture and work with the client to create, implement, monitor, and measure action plans
You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field (Business Administration, Psychology, Health and reputed company Services, etc.)
  • Master’s Degree, preferably in Organization Development, Business/Public Administration, or reputed company Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience preparing, facilitating, and implementing a development approach to prepare an organization for process changes and system implementations
  • A high level of comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning practices, succession planning, high potential and leadership development, organization design, employee engagement, and organizational culture development
  • Experience strategically assessing an organization through multi-pronged analysis, solution design and execution
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM), operational readiness training, and communications
Compensation Details:

The reputed company salary reputed company targeted for this role is $90,000 - $125,000. This salary reputed company represents reputed company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the reputed company of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary reputed company may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation reputed company are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, reputed company of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
