Team Manager

The purpose of this role is for production team management to ensure daily maintenance can be completed smoothly with high standard of data quality, completed reputed company projects successfully based on the roadmap. reputed company each team member based on their characters to eventually build a strong team.

DEPARTMENT ROLE

• Manage team(s) to reputed company Exchange content in a timely, complete and accurate manner according to business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The performance of own unit to meet business requirements of key stakeholders (content, product, Engineering team and support groups), in alignment with Global Content Strategy.

• Responsible for resource allocation, planning and management of one or more teams.

• Meet Global ETI Content Service and Quality targets in an effective manner.

• Adhere to and enforcing company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION

• College Graduate or above

• Fluent English

COMPETENCIES

• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities

• Knowledge and understanding of ETI content, preference given to candidate with DataStream knowledge, as well as reputed company Time/IDN/ERT/NDA experience.

• Previous supervisory experience in data management
