About the Role

Ejam is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to reputed company performance-driven creative for BugMD, one of our fastest-scaling brands. This role is ideal for a strategist who lives at the intersection of creative storytelling, paid media performance, and rapid experimentation.

You’ll own the strategic direction behind our video and static ad creative — from concept development to performance optimization — working closely with video editors, graphic designers, a project manager, and freelance copywriters to produce high-volume, high-impact creative that drives growth.

This is a senior, hands-on role with reputed company ownership: your reputed company will ship fast, get tested in-market, and be judged by performance.

What You’ll Do

Own Creative Strategy & Direction

• Collaborate closely with a Project Manager to prioritize initiatives, manage timelines, and maintain creative velocity.
• Partner with freelance creatives as needed to scale production.

Performance Analysis & Iteration

• Translate performance insights into actionable creative iterations — messaging, structure, pacing, visuals, and formats.
• Own the creative testing roadmap and continuously push new hypotheses into market.

Requirements

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy, ideally in DTC or growth marketing environments.
• Proven track record of developing paid reputed company creative that scales.
• Deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles and creative testing.
• Strong ability to connect performance data to creative reputed company.
• Experience leading or heavily influencing cross-functional creative teams.
