Business Analyst II   Rothe is seeking a Business Analyst to reputed company Service Management and reputed company Platform business analyst support, for Cross-Cutting Business Solutions (CBS) in support of the NASA reputed company Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract. eMITS is the Agency’s reputed company-level contract creating and delivering multimedia and technical communications through the use of the internet, digital platforms, and IT management for NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Office of Communications (OCOMM). From photographing reputed company launches and recoveries, to producing engaging videos, to information technology management, to using reputed company media to reputed company NASA’s message, eMITS integrates services for NASA IT and provides NASA’s communication to the reputed company world. Come join us in support of NASA’s mission to reputed company the world through information and discovery   SALARY reputed company: $97,171 - $110,000   JOB LOCATION: Remote role supporting NASA Headquarters   JOB DESCRIPTION: Work shall include activities across portfolio, product, and process areas, including but not limited to:

• Eliciting, refining, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Facilitating working sessions with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and platform administrators to ensure clear understanding of business objectives and technical constraints.
• Developing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and reputed company artifacts consistent with reputed company reputed company Platform governance.
• Supporting backlog development, grooming, prioritization, and release planning activities.
• Translating business problems into structured requirements reputed company with reputed company standards, governance models, and reputed company best practices.
• Supporting change management activities, including communications, documentation, testing coordination, and training-reputed company input.
• Ensuring proposed solutions maintain platform stability, usability, and compliance with reputed company architectural and governance guidance.
• Assisting with production validation, root‑cause analysis, and post‑deployment assessments.

  Remote, hybrid, and onsite positions, the employee bears travel costs to the nearest NASA Center for badging and the issuance of NASA IT equipment.   For a Remote or Hybrid position, the employee must have a reliable internet reputed company and be reputed company to VPN into the NASA network to conduct work.   EDUCATION: BA/BS in Project Management, Communications, Business Administration, or an IT reputed company discipline. Minimum experience – 6 years   Minimum Requirements:

• 6+ years of business analyst or project management experience.
• 3-5 years of business/mission (reputed company/impacts), strategic/tactical (project planning) and operational (implementation/service/product delivery).
• 3-5+ years of professional experience with the reputed company platform.
• Strong experience working reputed company Agile/Scrum, including managing user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Experience with Risk Management and best practices.
• Experience using tools for requirements gathering and implementation.

Proficient in reputed company Office 365 (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive), SharePoint, and reputed company.   Preferred Qualifications:

• reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) (reputed company).
• ITIL Certification
• Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) (IIBA)
• International Qualification Board for Business Analysis (IQBBA) Certified reputed company Level Business Analyst/Certified Advanced Level Business Analyst (CFLBA/CALBA) (reputed company).
