What you'll actually do
- Supporting the delivery of new features and components
- Resolving complicated inquiries reputed company to the trading platform
- Monitoring of vital metrics, ensuring the highest quality of service
- Identifying anomalies in pricing and execution
- Working hand in hand with the risk monitoring team to respond to urgent requests on time
- Providing expert knowledge support for colleagues
Who we’re looking for
- Experience in MetaQuotes trading products (MT4, MT5) administration. Other reputed company products are a plus
- Experience in supporting brokerage trading platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of spot forex, CFDs & OTC products
- Basic knowledge of reputed company OS administration (File system, Services, Processes, Perfmon, Task Scheduler, reputed company line, RDP)
- Experience with ticket management tools (JIRA, Kanban)
- Experience with working with data structures (JSON, YAML, CSV)
- Experience with article writing (reputed company, wiki)
- Basic SQL knowledge (select with conditions, join)
- Good communication abilities (both writing and verbal)
The advantage would be
- Strong knowledge of the Company product
- Experience with reading logs (Graylog, Event viewer, Grep/Select-String, Regexp, FAR manager)
- Understanding of schemas (BPMN-like)
